Congo Bake Recipe

This recipe is in two part's, and can be made in a Dutch oven, I recommend it be first tried under a "more" controlled environment, such as in you're oven at home.

1) Base:  
 1 large box yellow cake mix(or 2 boxes of jiffy)
 1 stick of butter
 1 cup chopped nut's
 1 egg

2) topping:
 1 8oz. package cream cheese
 1 tsp. vanilla
 1 16oz. box powdered sugar
 2 eggs

Mix the first group of ingredient's together, and spread in a greased baking dish.

Mix the topping ingredients together, and spread over the top of the base mixture.

Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes

I recommend Almond's for the nut's, as the vanilla, and almond's taste well together, walnut's, pecan's are fine also, this depend's on the person's preference.
